Minutes of the May meeting were approved.
Treasurer's Report
Beth Oliverio reported the main account has $286,000. A Money Market account has
been established at First Financial Bank as part of the migration of banking from 5/3rd .
Bingo pull tab account has $35,000 as a baseline for the new budget. A separate account
will be established for Paypal transactions.
A motion was made and seconded to approve the Treasurer’s Report
Principal's Update
Erin Davis stated that everything is ready for the start of a new
school year.

Team Updates
Fall Sports
1. Cross Country will have its first meet at Centerville August 23.
2. Soccer: boys will play on Tuesday; girls varsity is comprised of
16 with 15 on JV.
3. Golf playing today
4. Girls' Tennis already competing
5. Football: scrimmage on Friday with first game against LaSalle the
following week.
6. Volleyball: 18th for the first competition
7. Cheerleading - no report
8. Marching Band completed camp and will host a competition on
September 13.
Winter Sports
1. Basketball: boys have open gym 3 days a week while girls are
doing conditioning.
2. Wrestling: attendance at a 3-day camp and a senior wrestler
attended competition.

Fieldhouse Capital Campaign
• Building permit approved
• Financing approach was reviewed with the members in attendance
o First Financial Bank will provide financing
o Boosters to request a loan of $600,000
o Authorized signers for the loan will be:

o Banking will be transferred from 5/3rd
o There will be a separate account for fieldhouse donations
o The goal is to pay off the loan in 5 years
o Pledges have recently eclipsed $243,000
o Groundbreaking will be scheduled after loan documents are signed
A motion was made by Kerri Robers to authorize the Boosters to apply for a $600,000 loan from
First Financial Bank to fund the construction of the Fieldhouse with Greg Stanley and Beth
Oliverio as authorized signers of the loan paperwork on behalf of the Boosters.
The motion was seconded by Tracy Borgemenke.
After discussion, the motion was voted on and approved by a show of hands by the members in
attendance.

Treasurer’s Report
Treasurer Beth Oliverio reported that eight accounts would be transferred to First Financial. The first draw for the fieldhouse project is $46,000 and will be drawn soon. The private accounts totaled $39,744.
Principal’s Report
Due to the principal being out of town, Matt Stoinoff discussed the start of the school year, and the three qualities being emphasized this year which are academics, behavior, and attendance.
Athletic Director’s Report
In his athletic report, Matt stated that it was Week 5 in sports.
Fall team reports followed with notations of each sports membership in Boosters.
Cross Country, there are nine members.
Soccer has four on the men's side and two on the women’s side. The men’s record is currently 4-3-2.
Golf has one member and was 9th in the recent tournament, and there is a current raffle of a pro putter.
Girls tennis has three members, and senior recognition was scheduled for the following week.
Football has twelve members, and positive strides have been made.
Volleyball has seven members, and congratulations to the coach for a 50th win. The varsity team is 6-5 and will sponsor Volley for a Cure.
Cheerleading has three members, and there is a new mascot costume. There will be an upcoming competition.
Marching Band has nine members and hosted an invitational competition last weekend that was well-attended.
Winter sports
Girls basketball has twenty participating in preseason workouts while the boys have conditioning and open gym.
In wrestling’s out-of-state competition, one placed third.
No report from swimming was received.
Bowlers are practicing without coaching.
Spring sports
Track begins in November.
Baseball players are doing off-season conditioning. Thirty-five students worked on the field.
Lifting will begin soon with forty-five trying out.
No report from softball or boys tennis.
Committee Reports
Spirit Wear
Tracy Borgemenke said that sales last month reached $5,300 and forty staff members pre-ordered game day t-shirts, a practice that will continue.
Concessions
Megan Begley noted that concession sales had increased.
Craft Show
The November craft show is sold out.
Membership
Morgan Bratfish reported $3,780 with sixty-nine members.
Fundraising
The Booster Bash Cornhole event raised $7000, while the Reverse Raffle raised $25,100 before payouts.
The Gala is scheduled for March 21st with a Kentucky Derby theme. The next meeting of that committee will occur on October 6th.
Capital Campaign
Greg Stanley gave the capital campaign update. The loan closed on September 12th, and the groundbreaking has been scheduled for September 26th. The pledges have eclipsed $298,000 with the Yerkes family pledging $20,000. Currently, there have been 75 donors, and there’s a need to revisit the solicitation strategy.
Upcoming Events
There will be a 30th anniversary elementary night and fieldhouse groundbreaking on September 26th with participants offered free hot dogs, chips, and water. Other organizations will include Side by Side, Colerain Township representatives, Colerain Police and Fire, and construction representatives.
The distinguished graduate recognition will occur on October 3rd, honoring Leigh Fox.
New Business
The soccer scoreboard is now at an angle and is hard to view.
Alumni connections were discussed.

President Greg Stanley opened the meeting at 7:06 PM.
Principal Erin Davis said that today was the start of the second quarter and the first quarter was good. She encouraged us to attend events like plays and concerts. Also, there will be additional higher level course offerings next year.
Athletic Director Matt Stoinoff reported that fall sports were winding down with one more football game against Hamilton this Friday and a good season for soccer. Winter sports are beginning soon.
Treasurer Beth Oliverio gave an accounting of current finances with a total of $532,773.37. An audit committee created by the executive committee includes Morgan Bratfish, Brian Slavin, and Megan Begley.
Dale Mikes, Craft Show Coordinator, asked for volunteers for setup and during the event. Tiara Benton said there are team members ready to serve.
Greg discussed the capital campaign, announcing the total amount recently eclipsed $335,000 with 97 donors. Eighty percent of the donors are alumni.
Morgan Bratfish, Membership Chair, indicated there are 76 members of the Boosters who have contributed $4195. She listed the various athletic teams representation with cross country at the most members.
Spiritwear Chair Tracy Borgemenke said that September sales generated more than $5000 and that the account is now in the black.
Concessions Chair Megan Begley is closing and cleaning the various concession areas of fall sports.
In upcoming events, Greg announced the Day of Giving for December 2.
Kerri Robers has scheduled the next meeting of the gala committee for October 27 at 4 at the high school. She said lots of volunteers are needed with the theme being A Cardinal Derby Race to the Fieldhouse.
Team Updates
Cheerleaders won the sportsmanship award at a recent competition.
Cross country competed in the GMC Race with personal records broken. Regionals are next week in Troy. The team's raffles generated $2100.
The varsity golf team raised $2700 through the raffle of a putter. Coach Lehman's goal is to use that money for team equipment next year. Rangefinders were mentioned as a possibility. Coach also plans to use money toward a golf simulator that he would like to discuss putting in the new field house. Nicole then complimented the coach.

Volleyball raised $1700 for Pink Ribbon. Freshmen finished with a record of 6-10 while JV had a record of 8-14. Varsity finished 10-12. The first tournament match is Thursday at 7 at Lakota West.
The band will perform the national anthem at a Cyclones game.
Boys' basketball is thankful for the repair of baskets.
Girls' basketball is looking strong.
Bowling tryouts will occur on November 2-3 at Northwest Lanes.
Wrestling is starting soon.
Baseball has 25-35 students currently and anticipate more with fall sports ending.
Softball players have painted the steps and worked on the field.
Track will begin conditioning in mid-November, and there is a need for equipment updates.
Greg noted that the next Booster meeting will be November 17.

President Greg Stanley opened the meeting at 7 PM in the school library. There were no additions or corrections to the minutes.
Treasurer Beth Oliverio reported $529,090.58 as the total for all bank accounts.
Principal Erin Davis is encouraged by the school year so far and said 2nd quarter is coming to a close with holidays and exams scheduled.
Individual updates:
Cross Country has had the fall banquet.
Boys' soccer has had its awards dinner.
The football banquet is Thursday this week, and Coach Stevens indicated two of the players are considered for Division I.
Volleyball team was the district runnerup.
Cheerleading placed third in the latest and last competition.
Marching Band recently competed in Indy.
Boys' basketball had a scrimmage with Mt. Healthy, and the season opener is with Harrison. Saturday, November 15 is a fundraiser at Skyline.
Wrestling team has completed weight certification and will hold its scrimmage Saturday.
In indoor track, there are 40 practicing with season training.
Baseball is practicing.Softball players are lifting twice a week.
Committee Reports:
The craft show generated $13,000 and had 1760 participants.
Trace Borgemenke announced that Cardinal Corner would have ugly Christmas shirts and sweatshirts this week.
Concessions Chair Megan Begley asked for parent volunteers to run the concessions for winter sports.
Membership is at 89 with $4085 donated according to Chair Morgan Bratfish.
Pledges for the fieldhouse have recently eclipsed $341,000 with 102 donors, 70% of whom are alumni.
Trustee Nick Bolte said materials for the construction of the fieldhouse would be delivered soon.

Coach Stevens discussed the recent painting downstairs and plans to complete the project soon.
Julie Pegreon has some cookies remaining for sale for the softball fundraiser.

Colerain Boosters General Meeting
January 20, 2026
President Greg Stanley opened the meeting at 7:01 PM.
There were no corrections or additions to the minutes of the last meeting.
Treasurer Beth Oliverio stated the total assets were $770,279.00 with budgeted expenses at $120,587.25.
Principal Erin Davis reported that February 4th will be signing day and that the school is focusing on improved attendance, emphasizing performance index measures, and improving student behavior.
Athletics Updates:
Wrestling placed #28 out of 60 last weekend.
Swimming will participate in a Saturday classic.
Bowling's Sunday tournament was lost by only one point.
Baseball has collected $400 so far for the homerun roll fundraiser.
Softball players are lifting, and tryouts will be the third week in February.
Soccer boys are doing off-season programming while the girls' team will have a banquet.
Golf has off season activity.
Football has weight lifting at 6 AM and after school, and seven seniors have collegiate D2 offers with three underclassmen with D1 offers. The locker room makeover is almost complete.
There will be a golf outing on May 17 and a mulch fundraiser in the spring. Reported by Morgan Bratfish

Committee Reports
Spiritwear report emailed by Tracy Borgemenke (who had a work conflict). Cardinal Corner is in the black with a profit of $6,625.58.
Chris at 4D has been contacted about designs for the 2026/2027 school year. The Corner will continue to be open on Fridays during lunch periods and at sporting events and special programs. Tracy has sent financial reports to Beth.
Concessions are in need of volunteers to work.
Membership Chair Morgan Bratfish reported 92 members at $4990.
Fundraising is working with LaRosa's on a sponsorship.
Fieldhouse Capital Campaign
The fieldhouse is under roof, but work is stalled due to the cold weather since cement cannot be poured in extreme weather conditions.
Biweekly meetings are being held on the progress while pledges have reached $378,000 with $259,000 received.
There are 112 donors of whom 70% are alumni which represents 80% of the money.
